| Dear 1-2-Pay-Online user. |
Firstly a big thank you from myself Veeren Naidoo and my team, to you our loyal fans and
users of the 1-2-Pay-Online service offering that we created.
When we launched 1-2-Pay-Online 3 years ago it was the first virtual prepaid card
solution in South Africa.
In that time we achieved the accolade of being noticed as a top technology company
in South Africa and was a recipient of a TT100 Award from the then Minister of
Science and Technology for our innovation.
However we realised that we need to do an 'engine' overhaul on 1-2-Pay-Online in
order to bring further innovation which means that we need to temporarily shut the
service down so that we can build a better product and customer experience for
you. As the saying goes 'all good things come to an end' BUT in our case the best
is yet to come, so watch this space.
Our shutdown date for the current website is the 1st August 2015.
- Therefore we will not be accepting any further registrations from now on - so
please don't tell your friends and family about us :)
- We request that you please use up the funds in your 1-2-Pay-Online profiles
before the shut down date.
- Any virtual cards created and not used after the shutdown date will be
transferred back to your 1-2-Pay-Online profiles.
- Your profiles WILL remain active but you WILL NOT be able to use it and
create 1-2-Pay-Online cards until we launch the new service. If you feel
strongly about wanting us to refund your profile balance then pop us an email
and we will help you. Contact us on queries@12payonline.co.za.
We shall keep you our loyal customers updated with our progress as well as the
launch timing for the new 1-2-Pay-Online service.
